Counselling Process

Between You and Me Seva Counselling and Support Service Counsellors are British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered and abide by The Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This ensures that the counsellor maintains confidentiality and works ethically and safely for the benefit and welfare of the client.

Supervision

In accordance with BACP policy, our Counsellors are in regular Supervision to
ensure that they are providing an effective professional service and that good practice is maintained and enhanced for the well-being of the client.
Confidentiality will be maintained.

Introduction/Assessment

Our counseling process begins with an introductory session where clients can connect with a counsellor by phone. This allows for a comfortable introduction to the service and a chance to discuss initial concerns. The process includes an assessment to understand individual needs and tailor support. Our goal is to provide
a safe, confidential environment for clients to explore their challenges and achieve
their goals.
